01 — Overview
About This Policy
This Delivery Policy applies to all products and services purchased from SmartNet LLC AI
Solutions, regardless of the payment method, merchant platform, or checkout system used to
complete your transaction. We fulfill orders through multiple channel types, each with its
own delivery mechanism described below.
All orders are subject to product and service availability. If an item is unavailable at the
time of your order, we will notify you within 2 business days and offer an alternative, an
estimated delivery date, or a full refund.
02 — Digital Downloads
Software, AI Tools & Downloadable Products
Digital products — including software licenses, AI models, datasets, templates, and downloadable files — are delivered electronically immediately upon payment confirmation. Delivery occurs in one of two ways:

Instant In-Browser Delivery
You are redirected to a secure download page immediately after successful checkout. Completing the download constitutes full delivery of the product.

Email Delivery Link
A confirmation email containing your secure download link or license key is sent to the email address provided at checkout, typically within minutes of purchase. Receipt of that email constitutes delivery.
Download issues? If you cannot access your download or do not receive a delivery email within 60 minutes of your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us within 5 days of your purchase date. Failure to report delivery issues within 5 days means the product is considered received and delivered.
03 — AI Services & SaaS
Subscription & Service-Based Delivery
Access to SmartNet LLC AI’s cloud-based services, API products, subscription platforms, and AI consulting services is provisioned upon confirmed receipt and processing of your order.
SaaS / Platform Access: Account access is granted
within minutes of payment confirmation. Login credentials or access links are sent to
your registered email address.
API Services: API keys and endpoint credentials are
delivered via email and/or your account dashboard immediately upon activation.
Managed AI Services: Delivery timeline is specified in
your service agreement or order confirmation. Services are deemed delivered upon their
performance or the date agreed in the project scope.
Onboarding & Setup Calls: Scheduled sessions are
confirmed by email. If SmartNet LLC AI is unable to deliver a scheduled session, we will
rebook within 2 business days at no additional cost.
Services are considered successfully delivered once activated, performed, or made available — as confirmed by a system notification or email to your account address.
04 — Custom & Consulting Delivery
Bespoke AI Development & Professional Services
For custom AI model development, data pipeline builds, integration projects, and consulting engagements, delivery terms are defined in your individual Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement.
Milestone-Based Delivery: Deliverables are released per
agreed project milestones. Each milestone delivery constitutes partial fulfillment of
the overall engagement.
Final Delivery: The project is considered complete and
delivered when all agreed deliverables have been provided and accepted in writing (email
acceptance is sufficient).
Delays: SmartNet LLC AI will notify you promptly of any
delays and provide a revised timeline. Delays caused by client-side factors (e.g.,
delayed data provision, feedback, or approvals) do not entitle the client to a refund.
05 — Physical Goods
Tangible Products & Hardware (Where Applicable)
Physical products — including hardware devices, printed materials, or packaged software — are shipped to the address provided at checkout via our selected carrier partners (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location and order).
Availability: All orders are subject to stock
availability. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will ship the available portion
of your order first and ship the remaining item(s) as soon as they become available.
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight,
dimensions, and delivery location. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item
is defective or arrives damaged.
Delivery Timeline: Standard domestic shipping: 3–7
business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Timelines may vary
due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.
Tracking: A tracking number is emailed to you once your
order ships. Use it to monitor delivery status with the respective carrier.
Split Shipments: Large or multi-item orders may ship in
separate packages. Each package has its own tracking number.
Taxes & Duties: You are responsible for all applicable
sales taxes, customs duties, and import fees. These are calculated and displayed at
checkout where applicable.
Arrived damaged? Inspect your package upon delivery. If items are damaged or incorrect, contact us at support@thesmartnetai.com within 5 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
06 — Delivery Failures & Errors
What Happens If Delivery Fails?
Undeliverable Address: If a physical shipment is
returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipment costs are the
customer’s responsibility. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Unclaimed Packages: Packages not picked up from a
carrier depot within the carrier’s hold period will be returned to us. Re-shipping fees
apply.
Email Not Received: Check spam/junk folders. If a
delivery email is still missing after 60 minutes, contact support — we will resend
immediately.
Service Outages: If a platform or service is
inaccessible due to a SmartNet LLC AI-side issue, your subscription period will be
extended by the equivalent downtime at no cost.
