Our Commitment
SmartNet LLC AI Solutions is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not fully happy with a product or service you purchased from us, we will work with you to make it right. This policy applies to all orders placed through our website, regardless of the payment method, processor, or platform used to complete your transaction — including but not limited to credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, digital wallets, and buy-now-pay-later services.
Refund requests are evaluated in good faith on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline requests where evidence of fraud, abuse, excessive chargebacks, or violation of our Terms & Conditions is present.
Who Qualifies for a Refund?
We offer a 30-day refund window from the date of purchase. Within this period you may request a refund with no questions asked, subject to the conditions below:
- Digital Products & AI Software: Eligible for a full refund within 30 days if the product does not perform as described or you have not substantially used or downloaded it.
- Subscription Plans: You may cancel at any time. Refunds for the current billing cycle are issued at our discretion; future charges will not be billed after cancellation takes effect.
- One-Time Services (Consulting, Custom AI Build): Refundable within 7 days of payment if work has not commenced. Once active work has begun, partial refunds may be negotiated based on work completed.
- Physical Goods (if applicable): Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
What Is Not Eligible for Refund
- Fully consumed services: Services that have been fully delivered and used (e.g., completed AI analysis reports, fully delivered API credits).
- Custom development work: Completed custom AI models or integrations delivered to specification.
- Promotional / discounted purchases: Items purchased under a final-sale promotional offer, unless the product is defective.
- Chargebacks initiated without contacting us: We encourage customers to reach out to us directly before filing a dispute with their bank or payment provider. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.

When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once your refund is approved, the time for funds to appear in your account depends on your original payment method. These timelines are governed by your payment provider and financial institution, not solely by SmartNet LLC AI:
Cancelling an Order or Subscription
Order Cancellations: You may cancel an order on the same day it is placed, provided it has not yet been fulfilled (e.g., software activated, service commenced, or physical item shipped). Once fulfillment begins, your request transitions to the standard refund process above.
Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your SmartNet LLC AI subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain full access until then and will not be charged again. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused days in the current period, unless required by applicable state law.
Annual Plans: If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 30 days, you are eligible for a prorated refund for unused months. After 30 days, no refund is issued for the remaining term.
Resolving Payment Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We resolve the vast majority of disputes quickly and fairly without the need for a formal chargeback.
Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with us may result in suspension of your SmartNet LLC AI account and restriction from future purchases. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to relevant credit bureaus and fraud databases in accordance with US law.

Nothing in this policy limits or overrides your rights under applicable US federal or state consumer protection laws. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights relating to defective products, misrepresented services, or unfair billing practices. For consumer protection resources:
